Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Power Systems Engineering.
• 10+ years in verification, validation, testing, or control systems engineering.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams or workstreams.
• 5+ years in real-time testing, hardware-in-the-loop (HIL), or laboratory validation.
• 5+ years hands-on with RTDS or similar real-time simulation platforms.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead operation and continuous improvement of the RTDS laboratory, including test automation and tool enhancements.
• Manage and develop the local STATCOM engineering team, including work planning and performance management.
• Own verification and validation scope on projects, including deliverables and schedules.
• Plan and oversee control system, protection, and system-level testing, including HIL testing.
• Review test results and ensure timely closure of validation findings.
• Support customer discussions, technical reviews, and tendering activities related to testing and validation.
• Ensure high-quality technical documentation, including validation plans and test reports.
• Promote safe laboratory operations and continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and technical excellence.
