Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of verification, validation, testing, or control systems experience in power systems or power electronics.
• Minimum 5 years leading engineering teams or project workstreams.
• Minimum 5 years of real-time testing, HIL, or lab validation of control systems.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with RTDS or similar real-time digital simulation platforms.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Aufgaben

• Lead RTDS laboratory operation, test automation, tool enhancements, and capability development.
• Manage and develop local STATCOM engineering team including planning, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Own verification and validation scope on projects, including deliverables and schedules.
• Plan and oversee control system, protection, and system-level testing with HIL and lab validation.
• Review test results, drive issue resolution, and close validation findings.
• Support customer discussions, technical reviews, and tendering activities related to testing and validation.
• Ensure high-quality technical documentation such as validation plans and test reports.
• Promote safe laboratory operations and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
