Job summary

The role collaborates with the Superintendent to plan upcoming work, obtain and expedite delivery of equipment and materials, and support the Project Manager in monitoring progress and performance across the project.

Responsibilities

• Establish effective working relationships with client representation and manage the flow of routine information and documents.
• Maintain up-to-date project documents, including drawings, plans, master schedule, submittals, logs, and test results.
• Work closely with the Superintendent to plan and coordinate upcoming work and to obtain, track, and expedite delivery of equipment and materials.
• Assist the Project Manager in monitoring project status and identifying ways to improve project performance.
