This role includes managing mechanical, electrical, software, and systems engineering teams, along with personnel management. Candidates should possess a Master's degree in Engineering and have extensive experience in design and engineering. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential. This is a full-time position with expected travel and extensive collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in design, engineering, and/or manufacturing.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Able to obtain a security clearance.
