Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering leadership with people management.
• Strong TypeScript, client-side and backend/API engineering.
• Experience migrating legacy systems to modern service platforms.
• Experience designing distributed systems in AWS.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical partners.
• Proven cross-team delivery with product, QA, and platform stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional engineering team delivering core platform capabilities across APIs, mobile apps, desktop clients.
• Drive modernization toward a TypeScript-oriented service architecture.
• Partner with Product, QA, and platform teams to define sequencing and release predictability.
• Establish technical standards for service design, observability, and secure-by-default implementation.
• Support multi-region production operations and incident response practices.
• Coach engineers and strengthen team capability while maintaining technical depth.
