Applied Intuition, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a 10-12 person software team responsible for end-to-end delivery on high-stakes projects in defense and government environments.

You will hire, mentor, and set the technical direction while maintaining close collaboration with internal engineering, product, and customer teams. Formación

• 8-12 years of industry experience with at least 2 years of recent technical leadership exposure.
• Production grade SW experience and deployment to active customers.
• Exceptional customer-facing skills and problem-solving focus.
• Proven mentor and leader of engineering talent.
• Broad technical background across software, OS, and hardware.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of 10-12 Software Engineers, owning end-to-end delivery of high-stakes projects.
• Hire and develop engineers and set technical direction.
• Represent Applied Intuition with authority to defense and government customers.
• Stay close to technology, review architectures, and press-test integration approaches.
• Own delivery outcomes across multiple concurrent programs and drive projects to completion.
