Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer for complex software.
• Experience on automotive products or real-time simulation interfaces.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and interaction design.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools, especially Figma.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in fast-paced environments.
• Experience establishing, running and collating user research.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design from concept to launch, including research, wireframes, prototyping, testing, and visual design.
• Translate complex requirements into elegant, user-centric design solutions.
• Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes to communicate ideas.
• Conduct user research with commercial and defense personnel to understand workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and defense experts to refine designs.
• Maintain a design system for usability and scalability.
