Job summary

Applied Intuition, Inc. is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to own end-to-end execution of high-impact projects with customers, bridging technology and real-world environments. You’ll tackle software, infrastructure, robotics, and systems challenges while partnering with customers and internal teams.

The role emphasizes ownership, high-impact delivery, and collaboration across engineering, product, and customer teams, with a strong focus on autonomy development workflows.

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering; graduating December 2026 or Summer 2027.
• Proven self-starter who quickly adapts to new technical tools.
• Designed efficient and effective solutions to engineering challenges.
• Strong programming skills with proficiency in C++ or Python.
• Experience taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with customers.
• 1+ year of experience in any field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and integrate Applied Intuition's products and tools with customers in real-world environments.
• Develop across the full stack to create new features and tools for autonomy development workflows.
• Address a variety of software, infrastructure, robotics, and systems challenges.
• Collaborate with customers, engineers, and product teams to understand problems and deliver solutions.
• Take ownership of technical and product decisions from development to deployment.
• Learn domain areas quickly and become proficient with new tools and environments.
