Job summary

Plaid is seeking an experienced engineering leader to guide a team of six engineers, from mid-level to Staff, through coaching and clear goal setting. You will define long-term strategy in partnership with tech and product leaders and collaborate across functions to deliver high-impact outcomes.

You will uphold high standards for technical quality and delivery velocity while scaling architectures for a broad financial ecosystem. Plaid is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience including time as a Staff-level engineer before transitioning into management.
• 1+ years of engineering management experience
• Deep experience designing scalable architectures that support real-world products at scale.
• Track record of building and growing high-performing engineering teams.
