Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience, including time as a Staff-level engineer.
• 1+ years of engineering management experience.
• Experience designing scalable architectures for real-world products at scale.
• Proven track record of building and growing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 6 engineers across levels, guiding with clear goals, coaching and feedback.
• Define and drive long-term strategy for the focus area with tech and product leaders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify opportunities, shape the roadmap, and ensure delivery.
• Uphold a high bar for technical quality and delivery velocity, leading by example.
