- 8+ years in web systems development.

- Excellent communication for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with architectural decisions and technical debt management.
Responsibilities
- Shape product strategy with Product and Design to drive high business impact.
- Improve team efficiency and engineering velocity while maintaining quality.
- Guide architecture and technical decisions with scalable solutions.
- Drive reliability, performance, cost-efficiency, and maintainable code.
- Mentor engineers and support professional growth.
- Participate in hiring processes to grow the team.
- Contribute hands-on with reviews, debugging, and implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver outcomes.
