Job summary

Speria is seeking an Engineering Manager - Solutions for a HYBRID role to drive the technical delivery of enterprise-scale customer implementations of our core SaaS platform. This hands-on leadership position requires coding on complex projects and expertise in C#, TypeScript, .NET, and Azure.

The Sr Tech Lead - Solutions partners with Product, Core Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Customer teams to ensure solutions are technically sound, scalable, and operationally ready, while remaining involved

Qualifications

• Hands-on manager who codes on complex projects.
• Expert in C#, TypeScript, .NET, and Azure.
• Experience with GitHub Copilot and scalable architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of enterprise-scale customer implementations.
• Collaborate with Product, Core Engineering, QA, DevOps, and customer teams to ensure solutions are sound and ready for go-live.
• Drive design, problem solving and delivery execution while mentoring engineers.
