Job summary

Speria is seeking a Technical Lead to guide architecture and delivery of our SaaS platform from Atlanta, GA. The role blends senior engineering work with leadership responsibilities, influencing engineering, product, QA, DevOps, and customer success teams.

The ideal candidate will drive architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and champion modern software practices while actively contributing code across C#, .NET, and Azure-based services. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years serving as a Technical Lead, Lead Engineer, Principal Engineer, Architect, or senior engineering contributor.
• Expert-level experience with C#, .NET Core, Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, REST APIs, Microservices, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own technical direction for one or more product domains within the Speria platform.
• Lead architecture and design discussions for new capabilities, integrations, and platform enhancements.
• Evaluate technical solutions for scalability, maintainability, security, and operational efficiency.
• Establish and maintain engineering standards, coding practices, and architectural principles.
• Serve as the primary technical escalation point for complex engineering challenges.
• Drive technical roadmap initiatives to improve platform reliability, performance, and developer productivity.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable SaaS applications and platform services.
• Deliver high-quality software using C#, .NET, Azure, SQL Server, and modern web technologies.
• Build and maintain APIs, integrations, authentication systems, and distributed services.
• Participate in technical discovery, estimation, and solution planning.
