• Experience leading semiconductor technology development programs from concept through production.
• Strong leadership with mentoring and developing engineers; customer interfacing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of semiconductor integration engineers, providing technical guidance, career development, and day‑to‑day support.
• Drive the development, integration, qualification, and release of customer‑specific discrete silicon technologies from concept through production.
• Serve as the technical lead for assigned programs, guiding cross‑functional problem‑solving efforts.
• Define and optimize end‑to‑end process integration flows to achieve performance, reliability, yield, cost, and manufacturability targets.
• Act as the primary technical interface to customers, understanding their requirements and pain points while developing and implementing effective solutions.
