Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, physics, or related microelectronics field with 5+ years in semiconductor testing.
- Proficient in C programming in Linux/Windows environments.
- Experience with DOE and SPC, data analysis tools.
- Strong problem solving, writing, and communication skills.
- Experience with automatic parametric test or reliability test systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Review testing specifications against hardware capability.
- Review device specs for testability.
- Code test programs to specifications using C.
- Debug test programs and hardware; troubleshoot devices with test-ware.
- Support early process development and production transitions.
- Document enhancements for productivity and accuracy; trace failures with statistical tools.
