Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams shipping secure production systems.
• Strong product and systems judgment: translate user workflows to architecture and enforcement points.
• Understanding of modern application security concepts: identity, tenancy, secrets, data isolation.
• Familiarity with AI agents: tool usage, prompt injection, adversarial mitigations.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and set strategy while staying close to implementation.
