EPAM Systems in Georgia, United States seeks an Engineering Manager with a strong background in SAP CAP and Node.js to lead our engineering team. You will oversee technical projects, foster collaboration, and drive innovation while upholding industry best practices.

You will guide architecture decisions, mentor a cloud-focused team of 10+ engineers, participate in CI/CD pipelines, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver robust solutions across SAP UI5, BTP, and HANA environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with SAP CAP, SAPUI5, BTP and Node.js.
• Proven leadership of teams 10+ people in cloud, architecture and mentoring.
• Experience with Agile processes and modern CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct code reviews and ensure clean code and design principles.
• Monitor applications, troubleshoot issues, and resolve bugs to maintain system integrity.
• Write comprehensive technical and user documentation.
• Collaborate to track performance and address needs effectively.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders on technical topics and provide metrics to management.
• Participate in setup and improvement of development processes.
• Provide architectural and design decisions guiding implementations.
