Qualifications

• 5+ years as a software engineer with backend and distributed systems background.
• 2+ years managing engineers.
• Experience shipping LLM systems in production with clear evaluation and cost considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead three squads: Review, Enforce, Tooling through tech leads.
• Drive automation toward decisions while maintaining precision and recall.
• Rebuild appeals workflows and build decision-quality tooling.
• Own the investigators’ tooling to reduce investigation time.
• Oversee regulatory and child-safety compliance work alongside the roadmap.
