Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.
- 3+ years of engineering leadership experience.
- Proven success in production SaaS environments with uptime and performance.
- Experience in managing engineering talent and performance reviews.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation.
Responsibilities
- Directly managing all developers and QA engineers across COD teams, setting expectations and ensuring timely delivery.
- Enhance software quality by guiding QA across COD teams and establishing testing standards.
- Achieve sprint predictability and deliver high-quality products.
- Develop talent and excel in recruiting the right people.
- Continuously improve engineering processes and tools.
