5+ years of software development experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong experience with Node.js, React, Express, and MongoDB.
Experience leading engineers including offshore teams and remote collaboration.
Proficient in Agile software development processes and strong communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a software engineering team, including offshore teams, to deliver scalable SaaS products.
Collaborate with product and design teams to define scope and deliver new features.
Ensure development processes are efficient, with adherence to best practices.
Identify, prioritize, and resolve technical roadblocks.
Mentor engineers and stay current with new technologies to improve products.
