Job summary

Prestige Staffing seeks a Senior Manager of Software Development to lead on-shore and off-shore teams for a rapidly growing SaaS auction platform built in Node.js and React, hosted on AWS.

Reporting directly to the CTO, you will drive feature development, improve processes, and foster technical excellence while shaping the product roadmap and scalable solutions in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development or management experience with strong leadership skills.
• Expertise in Node.js, React, TypeScript and AWS cloud services.
• Experience leading cross-functional and distributed teams, mentoring developers.
• Solid understanding of SaaS architecture, multi-tenant apps and high concurrency systems.
• Ability to design, develop and support scalable, client-facing applications.
• Strong problem-solving, process improvement, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow the development team across on-shore and offshore members.
• Drive design, development and deployment of new capabilities for auction and retail sites.
• Improve processes, establish best practices, and implement configurations.
• Collaborate with product owners to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end troubleshooting and complex issue resolution.
• Foster a high-performance environment with continuous improvement.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, documentation, and architectural adherence.
• Enhance scalability, security, and performance of applications.
• Contribute to technology roadmap and strategic planning.
