Qualifications

• Engineering management experience is essential.
• Owns team roadmap and delivery through others.
• Proven depth in embedded C++ and real-time systems.
• Strong profiling, benchmarking and latency analysis skills.
• Experience with IPC/middleware and high-throughput systems.
• Cross-functional leadership across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Runtime Platform team and ensure delivery.
• Own hiring and onboarding to build the right team.
• Set technical direction and roadmap milestones.
• Collaborate with Vehicle Software, model developers, hardware, and OEM programs.
• Maintain CI/HIL and internal quality gates.
• Ensure performance, reliability and observability.
