Qualifications

• Proven experience leading engineering teams in reliability or distributed systems.
• Hands-on testing, chaos engineering, or large-scale validation.
• Experience with production load testing tools and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the vision for resilience engineering in production.
• Lead engineers building tooling for safe production experimentation.
• Embed resilience validation into the software development lifecycle.
