Job summary

Randstad seeks an Engineering Manager for a permanent direct-hire role in Newnan, GA. The ideal candidate will lead a team of engineers, drafters, and specialists to ensure product reliability, performance, and quality, with experience in metals casting or stamping.

The position reports to the VP of Research & Design, requires a BS in engineering, 8+ years of product engineering, and 3+ years of management; salary range $75k-$120k and comprehensive benefits.

• Experience directing electronic and mechanical design in plastics, metals, etc.
• Engineering design for manufacturing experience.

Job Summary

Permanent Direct Hire Engineering Manager position with a stable manufacturer in Newnan, GA. The ideal candidate will have experience with metals – casting or stamping processes and design. This position will report to the VP of Research & Design and lead a team of engineers, drafters, and specialists to ensure product reliability, performance, and quality.

Location: Newnan, Georgia. Job Type: Permanent. Work Hours: 8am to 4pm. Education: Bachelors (required).

Benefits and Compensation
