Job summary

Randstad seeks an Engineering Manager for a permanent direct-hire role in Newnan, GA. The ideal candidate will lead a team of engineers, drafters, and specialists to ensure product reliability, performance, and quality, with experience in metals casting or stamping.

The position reports to the VP of Research & Design, requires a BS in engineering, 8+ years of product engineering, and 3+ years of management; salary range $75k-$120k and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in product engineering with 3+ years of management.
• Experience directing electronic and mechanical design in plastics, metals, etc.
• Engineering design for manufacturing experience.
• Regulatory requirements and reporting information are highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages a team of engineers and drafters.
• Implements standard engineering processes and standards.
• Manages design changes.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintains and supervises product testing laboratory to validate product designs.
