Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years leading engineering teams.
• Proven track record delivering real-time data or financial infrastructure systems.
• Strong background in systems design, streaming pipelines, and backend languages.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical roadmap for market data and analytics and drive delivery.
• Lead and grow a team of 5-10 engineers with a high bar for excellence.
