You will own the technical roadmap, drive execution from planning to delivery, and partner with Product, Design, and cross-functional teams to ship features that ensure data accuracy, low latency, and scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering with a track record delivering high‑throughput, low‑latency systems.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams building real‑time data or financial infrastructure.
• Strong systems design, streaming data pipelines, and backend languages (Java, Kotlin, Go, C++).
• Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining senior engineers and aligning with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical roadmap for the market data and analytics domain.
• Lead and grow a team of 5–10 engineers through coaching and career development.
• Partner with Product, Design, and cross‑functional teams to scope and ship features.
• Maintain data accuracy, reliability, and performance for index pricing and data feeds.
• Shape engineering culture and hire high‑caliber talent.
