Job summary

Netflix, Inc. is seeking a seasoned engineering leader to guide a team delivering high-impact results for the real-time catalog and publication pipelines. You will own Catalog Entity modeling and ensure data integrity across films, episodic series, live shows, and more.

Partner with PMs, product managers, and stakeholders to drive vision, balance business goals with engineering excellence, and foster an inclusive culture across global teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading high-performing, inclusive engineering teams.
• Experience delivering and operating near-real-time data pipelines at internet scale.
• Strong track record in systems reliability, ownership culture, and product impact.
• Ability to define and communicate long-term systems strategy.
• Excellent prioritization, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers to deliver high-impact results for the catalog.
• Own real-time catalog feeds and publication pipelines for downstream systems.
• Evolve Catalog Entity to model content across films, series, live shows, sports, and more.
• Ensure data integrity, validate data against model and business rules.
• Collaborate with setup-side modeling and downstream contracts.
• Drive vision, strategy, and adoption with engineers, PMs, and product managers.
• Foster accountability and timely roadmap delivery; coach and develop the team.
• Communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders; influence decisions.
• Balance business goals with strong engineering practices; invest in foundational work.
• Lead an inclusive culture across global teams and ensure strong reliability.
