Job summary

Raytheon in McKinney, TX is seeking an Electrical Engineering Manager to lead the Subsystem Integration and Test team within the MPD department. You will guide a group of engineers, oversee design and test of digital electronics, and coordinate with ECAD, labs, and customers. U.S.

citizenship and DoD clearance requirements apply. You will drive staffing, set priorities, and mentor teams while ensuring program schedules and budgets are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of STEM experience with a degree in STEM fields.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in engineering teams.
• Experience with CCA design and test, hardware/software test equipment, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a section of 15–20 engineers with career guidance and mentorship.
• Manage performance discussions, staffing, and hiring support.
• Drive results with strong work ethic and conflict resolution skills.
• Develop training curricula and lead cross-disciplinary teams.
