Nourish is seeking a hands‑on Engineering Manager to lead Provider Supply. Reporting to our Director of Engineering, you’ll own the team responsible for ensuring Nourish has provider capacity to meet growing patient demand and that providers can build predictable, rewarding careers on the platform.

You’ll grow provider supply by enabling existing providers and creating a seamless path for new providers to join, activate, and thrive.

Qualifications

• 6+ years software engineering in modern full‑stack environments.
• 2+ years hands‑on engineering management experience.
• Experience hiring engineers and guiding performance.
• Strong React, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL proficiency.
• Production systems in fast‑moving, ambiguous settings.
• Comfort with data and experimentation to improve funnels.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing team of engineers.
• Coach through feedback, career development, and performance.
• Scale the team via recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Remain hands‑on with architecture, pairing, and reviews.
• Partner with product and design to shape roadmaps and sprints.
• Drive decisions on system design, observability, and reliability.
• Establish rituals: sprint planning, OKRs, quarterly planning.
• Operate with urgency in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
• Set technical and product direction for the provider supply platform.
• Improve provider application funnel with automation and onboarding.
• Build data foundations to forecast supply and measure funnel conversion.
