Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field; equivalent experience accepted.
• 5–10 years in product development, testing, prototype management, or engineering.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T, ensure parts meet specs.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing and prototype processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee prototype team and ensure products meet design requirements and timing.
• Lead testing and validation across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Develop testing/prototype strategies, procedures, and budgets.
• Prepare technical reports and present results to leadership and customers.
• Coordinate activities between engineering, manufacturing, quality, and suppliers.
