Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Engineering Manager III to lead a security engineering team. You will own architecture for security initiatives, guide risk assessments, and coordinate with cross-functional leaders to raise the security bar for AWS services and devices.

You will mentor engineers, drive security reviews, and help shape the security strategy across the enterprise with a focus on cloud-scale infrastructure and security workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Experience leading security engineering teams and driving threat modeling or risk analysis.
• Experience applying security engineering practices across cloud-scale environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of security engineers conducting security reviews, threat modeling and evaluations.
• Define strategy and governance for security initiatives across AWS services.
• Represent the organization to business and technical leaders and drive metrics.
