Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of product design or development experience.
• 2–3 years of engineering leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development from requirements to launch and post-launch review.
• Develop and mentor the product engineering team, ensuring standards and compliance.
• Oversee design changes, lifecycle management, and lifecycle support.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Quality, Supply Chain to meet needs.
• Drive quality, reliability, cost improvements, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide engineering support for production, suppliers, and field issues.
