Job summary

Insight Global seeks an Engineering Manager in Cincinnati to own the site’s capital project portfolio and asset reliability program. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, partner with Operations, Maintenance, EHS, Quality, and Supply Chain to drive safe, compliant, and cost-effective operations.

The role emphasizes developing a long-range engineering roadmap, implementing PSM/MI, leading major turnarounds, mentoring engineers, and building a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years experience in process or reliability engineering in chemical/industrial manufacturing.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional teams of 10+ engineers.
• Hands-on engineering background progressing to management in chemical/CPG/pharma.
• Strong knowledge of RCM, FMEA, RBI, SIS/SIF; predictive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year engineering and reliability roadmap aligned to site strategy.
• Establish design standards, MOC, PSSR, and documentation controls.
• Standardize equipment to reduce lifecycle costs and maintain specs.
• Lead RCA/5-Why/Fishbone/8D analyses and implement engineered solutions.
• Oversee PSM/MI programs, inspection plans, relief device program.
• Lead major turnarounds/outages with safety and startup readiness.
• Mentor project/reliability engineers and build succession.
• Drive safety culture and continuous improvement.
