Job summary

MIDWAY PRODUCTS GROUP, INC. is seeking an Engineering Manager to coordinate process engineers and tool room/industrial engineering teams at our Columbus Grove facility.

You will lead continuous improvement efforts and oversee tooling and equipment quality and efficiency. The role requires a four-year engineering degree, a tool and die maker background preferred, and strong managerial and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in engineering preferred.
• Tool and die maker background preferred; journeyman's card.
• Excellent managerial and supervisory skills, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of plant-wide engineering functions.

Responsibilities

• The Engineering Manager coordinates and directs process engineers, tool room, and industrial engineering team members.
• Leads continuous improvement efforts in-plant and advanced engineering functions.
• Oversees tooling and equipment quality and efficiency.
