Kalmar Solutions LLC is looking for a driven and experienced Engineering Manager, Powertrain and Hydraulics to support the development, implementation, and validation of powertrain and hydraulic systems for Terminal Tractors. This role is responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of multiple Mechanical Development Engineers to support existing and future vehicle platforms. The successful candidate will have leadership experience developing Mechanical Engineers to meet their professional growth and company goals. This position is vital for the future growth of the Product Development Team in their ability to deliver the Terminal Tractor Product Strategy Roadmap.
Base Salary: $135 - $165K per year
