Job summary

Glen-Gery Corporation is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead initiatives across eight facilities, focusing on improving equipment reliability and OEE. You will standardize engineering practices, manage capital projects, and drive data-based decisions to optimize performance.

Collaborate with Plant Managers and maintenance leaders, accelerate technology use (ShopLogix, MaintainX, KCF), and deliver high-return investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• 5+ years leading maintenance, engineering, or reliability roles.
• Experience with manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Strong understanding of OEE and data-driven improvements.
• Experience managing capital projects end-to-end.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization’s OEE process across eight facilities.
• Develop and manage major capital projects from concept to closeout.
• Foster strong partnerships with Plant Managers, Maintenance, Operations, Quality, and Safety teams.
• Standardize engineering standards and share best practices across sites.
