Job summary

Constellation, the world's largest private-sector power producer, is seeking a senior engineering leader to manage the engineering function at our Oswego, NY site. You will ensure station needs align with regulatory requirements and drive high‑quality technical results.

You will mentor engineers, guide NGG-wide programs, support outages and emergencies, and participate in budgeting and performance reviews to advance safe, reliable, and cost‑effective energy production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related science; PE license preferred.
• Knowledge of ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 selection, qualification, and training standards.
• Must meet access requirements and medical clearance for position duties.

Responsibilities

• Manage the engineering function to meet station needs and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and develop engineering personnel to achieve high‑quality results.
• Contribute to NGG-wide programs and standardized engineering systems.
• Support outage activities, emergency response, and cross‑department coverage.
• Participate in business planning, budget and performance reviews.
