• Lead the New Product Introduction (NPI) and launch initiatives across projects.
• Strong background in manufacturing engineering and production operations.
• Experience with budgeting, ROI, and payback analysis for capital investments.
• Proven track record in driving lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, quality, production, and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the New Project Launch Engineering department to meet customer demand and profitability objectives.
• Oversee planning and execution of new product launches, engineering changes, and process modifications.
• Evaluate, justify, and implement capital equipment investments with budget and ROI analysis.
• Develop and manage implementation plans for new product introductions and launches.
• Review and create manufacturing work instructions to support production operations.
• Create and maintain manufacturing routings within the ERP system.
• Conduct time studies and labor analyses to identify productivity improvements.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality to develop quality plans.
• Analyze customer specs to ensure manufacturability of new products.
• Participate in RFQ processes by evaluating technical feasibility.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and CI initiatives to improve performance and cost efficiency.
