Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or materials engineering from an accredited university.
• 6+ years of functional engineering experience.
• 2+ years supervising staff (informally or formally).
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Laboratory test plan development.
• Conduct experiments, analyze data and interpret results.
• Oversee a multidisciplinary engineering staff and provide direction.
• Estimate budget and scope of project.
