• Set engineering priorities, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering staff.
• Maintain engineering standards, processes, and change-control practices.
• Support cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, and Suppliers.
