Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field required.
• 9+ years post-Bachelor’s software development experience; or MS/PhD with correspondingly reduced experience.
• 1+ year of technical leadership or engineering management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team of engineers on safety- and security-critical mobile client systems.
• Set technical direction and execution priorities across account integrity, authentication, reporting, and compliance initiatives.
• Drive delivery on complex, high-urgency projects with multiple stakeholders and shifting requirements.
• Partner with Product, Design, Legal, Trust & Safety, backend engineering, and other client teams to define scope and durable solutions.
• Raise the bar on engineering quality, operational excellence, and architectural decisions.
• Foster a healthy team environment with clear expectations and accountability.
