Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Mobile Developer Experience team, responsible for ZeroKit and the iOS/Android monorepos. You will shape technical vision, mentor engineers, and partner with senior leaders to scale our mobile platforms across brands, including DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo.

You will manage a team through greenfield work and refinement of established tools, located in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, or other listed US cities, with a strong emphasis on collaboration

Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on software development in mobile
3+ years leading engineering teams
Strong bias for action and pragmatic problem solving
Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact
Curiosity to dive deep into details when needed
Deep understanding of building quality software and delivering value

Responsibilities
