Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years experience leading engineering teams.
• Proficiency with 3D CAD design tools and mechatronics knowledge.
• Experience with material handling or warehouse automation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of mechanical systems for conveyors, AS/RS, robotics, and custom machinery.
• Establish engineering standards for design, analysis, documentation, and validation.
• Review and approve designs, drawings, calculations, and BOMs.
• Coordinate with Operations, Manufacturing, Controls, Sales, and Supply Chain.
• Lead design reviews, DFMEA, and risk assessments.
