Job summary

Job Juncture in Lynchburg, Virginia seeks an Engineering Manager to lead engineering teams, align with the Director of Engineering, and ensure on-time, cost-effective product delivery while complying with ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code and ISO standards.

The role requires a BS in Mechanical Engineering, years of manufacturing experience, and at least 3 years of management. Salary ranges from $140,000 to $160,000 plus STI and stock, with relocation support.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• IO years manufacturing experience involving design and development of heat exchangers and HVAC components preferred.
• Three (3) years managerial experience; Virginia PE desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage departmental workflow to achieve on-time delivery and KPI targets.
• Maintain project and sales order tracking systems.
• Oversee product maintenance, enhancement and testing per market demands.
• Disposition RMAs in a timely and effective manner.
• Coordinate resources to support QA and Shop Floor on demand.
• Develop and implement BOM strategy for all products.
