Qualifications

• A BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field is required.
• Three years of managerial experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with heat exchangers or HVAC systems is a plus.
• Virginia PE registration desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage departmental workflow to achieve on-time delivery and KPI targets.
• Maintain up-to-date project and sales order tracking systems.
• Oversee product maintenance, enhancement and testing per market demands.
• Disposit RMA's in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensure compliance with ASME codes and ISO 9001:2008/Nuclear Quality programs.
