Natoli Engineering Company, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager to provide leadership and technical oversight for the Engineering team, including Mechanical Drafters and administrative support.

The role ensures productivity, efficiency, and accuracy of all engineering outputs while supporting new product development and production initiatives. The position partners with cross-functional leaders to align resources, processes, and deliverables with company objectives and customer requirements,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in an engineering or technical leadership role.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop engineering personnel.
• Proficient in CAD software and reading/creating engineering drawings.

Responsabilités

• Own productivity, efficiency, and accuracy of engineering outputs to meet quality standards and timelines.
• Lead and develop engineering staff, including drafters and support staff.
• Plan, prioritize, and assign work to balance workload and project deadlines.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Sales, Purchasing, and Operations for launches and improvements.
• Develop and maintain engineering workflows and documentation standards.
