Job summary

Kinter, located near Waukegan, IL, seeks an Engineering Manager to lead the Product Development team. You will guide product design, prototyping, testing, and quality control for retail display hardware, while collaborating with sales, purchasing, and vendors to drive innovation and efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and experience leading a product development team. Strong SolidWorks skills and ISO familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.
• Experience leading a product development or engineering team.
• Familiarity with ISO certification processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Product Development Engineers and staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Oversee design, prototyping, testing, and quality control for new and existing products.
• Manage 3D printing operations, tooling evaluation, and production jig/fixture design.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to streamline development processes and ensure quality.
