Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing.
• 5+ years managing individuals or projects with decision making responsibilities.
• Proficient in Lean, Six Sigma, and project management methodologies (PMI preferred).
• CAD proficiency and project management software familiarity; PMP or Lean Six Sigma a plus.
• Proven leadership in coaching and developing high-performing teams.
