Job summary

This role manages maintenance, controls, and process engineering with close collaboration across Plant Management. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in engineering and 3–5 years of industrial experience, plus formal

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical discipline; 3–5 years of industrial experience.
• Formal TPM, Six Sigma, TPS, or Lean training with at least 5 years of experience leading engineering functions.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures; strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Engineering function and maintenance programs.
• Drive CI and world-class maintenance practices to meet financial and leadership goals.
• Oversee maintenance, Controls, and Process Engineering; manage budgets and KPI reporting.
• Coordinate and manage the Process Engineering Team and engineering standards (ISO 9001).
• Plan and manage outages, contractor coordination, and spares procurement.
• Develop technical strategies, documents, contracts, processes, and specifications.
